Who we are

Most Wanted Tint & Wraps is an automotive window tint, paint protection film, vinyl wrap and ceramic coating studio located at 1715 E Wilshire Ave Unit 722, Santa Ana, CA 92705.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote your job and get your car booked in:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your vehicle year, make and model
• The service you are interested in and anything else you tell us
• Basic technical information from your visit to this website, such as pages viewed

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your quote request, to schedule your appointment, and to contact you about that appointment. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Text messages

Text messages are optional. On our website there is a checkbox next to the phone field asking whether we may text you about your appointment. It is unchecked by default, and the form submits exactly the same if you leave it unchecked, we will simply call you instead. In the shop or on the phone we ask you out loud. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.

If you do opt in, the messages you get from Most Wanted Tint & Wraps are:

• A confirmation when your appointment is booked, with the date, time and our address
• A reminder the day before, asking you to confirm you are still coming
• A reminder about an hour before your appointment
• Replies from us if you write back to reschedule or ask a question

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency is up to about four messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us. Reply HELP for help. You can also just tell us and we will take you off the list.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Who we share information with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that make the shop run: our messaging provider, which delivers the text messages described above; our booking and customer records system; and our website host. These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and job records for as long as we need them to service your vehicle, honour warranties on the work, and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Opting out of text messages does not affect your appointment, we will simply call you instead.
