Window tinting
for Irvine
Nano-ceramic window tinting for Irvine, where every third driveway seems to have a Model Y in it. Up to 98% of infrared heat and 99% of UV blocked, plotter cut to your exact glass, Tesla roofs included. Installed in our Santa Ana studio ten to fifteen minutes up the 5, and backed by ticket protection, so a citation is our problem instead of yours.
Shade you can feel.
Drag the line. Same car, same glass, one of them filmed in nano-ceramic.
Irvine drives Teslas.
Teslas are mostly glass
Look down any street in Woodbridge or Portola Springs and count the Model Ys. Great cars, but they are rolling greenhouses: panoramic glass roof, tall windshield, factory glass that does close to nothing about heat. Add the westbound glare coming home on the 5 or the 405 and the cabin stays warm long after the sun drops.
Nano-ceramic film blocks the infrared itself, roof included. The car heats up slower in an office lot, the AC catches up faster, and on an EV that is range you keep instead of battery spent cooling the seats.
- Up to 98% infrared heat rejection, glass roof included
- 99% of UV blocked, so the interior stops fading
- No metal, so autopilot cameras and toll transponders work normally
- Never turns purple
Pick your percentage
Tap a shade to see roughly how much light it lets through, and where it is allowed. Front windows run 70%, which is a clear film. Behind the driver there is no limit and no minimum.
Get a tint ticket?
We handle it.
Here is how it works. If you get a qualifying tint citation on film we installed, we cover the ticket and re-tint the car to a compliant shade at no charge to you. You do not eat the fine and you do not pay twice for film. We go over the terms with you before your car goes in, so nothing is a surprise later.
PPF and Color PPF
for Irvine cars
Tint handles the sun. The film below handles the 133, the 241 and every gravel truck on the 5. Both go on in the same visit if you want the car done once.
Paint Protection Film
Toll lanes move fast, and fast is exactly how rock chips happen. The 133, 241 and 73 chip a front end a little more every week; self-healing PPF over the bumper, hood and mirrors takes those hits so the paint doesn't. Explore PPF
Color PPF
A new color and the armor in one layer. Satin or gloss, no paint, fully reversible. For a garage-kept Irvine car that still has to earn its freeway miles, it is the look and the protection in one visit. Explore Color PPF

up the 5
From Woodbridge or Northwood it is the 5 North and you are at our door in Santa Ana in about ten minutes; Portola Springs adds a few more via the 133, and from the Great Park it is straight up the 5. We work indoors for a reason: a speck of dust sealed under wet film is permanent. So every car goes into a controlled bay, on a plotter cut pattern for its exact glass, handled by the same crew every day.

- Open every day, 9 to 8
- Plotter cut patterns, no hand cutting on your glass
- Most cars finished the same day
All of Irvine,
one hop up the 5
From the older villages to the newest ones behind the Great Park, the studio is a short run north. These are the corners of Irvine we see most.
Woodbridge & Northwood
School runs, soccer gear and a daily 405 commute in the same car. A legal 70% up front with a darker rear keeps kids and car seats out of the sun without inviting a ticket.
Portola Springs & Great Park
The newer inland villages run hotter than the coast in summer. Full ceramic with the glass roof filmed is the standard order on the Teslas out here.
Spectrum & Business Complex
Cars that sit in open office lots from nine to five. Heat rejection while parked is the whole job, and ceramic does it without a dark, mirrored look.
Irvine questions,
straight answers
The studio is in Santa Ana, ten to fifteen minutes up the 5 from most of Irvine. Film needs a dust-controlled indoor bay to come out clean, which is why we do not tint in parking lots or driveways. Most Irvine customers drop the car in the morning and have it back the same day.
California allows 70% on the front doors, a clear film that still blocks heat and 99% of UV. Behind the driver the law sets no limit and no minimum, so 20% or 5% is entirely your call. Full detail on our California tint law page.
If the film came from us, we cover the ticket and re-tint the car to a compliant shade at no charge. We walk you through the terms before the car goes in, so nothing is a surprise.
Constantly. Irvine may as well be the Tesla capital of Orange County, and we cut plotter patterns for Model 3, Y, S and X including the full glass roof. The ceramic film has no metal in it, so autopilot cameras, 5G and the toll transponder you use on the 133 and 241 keep working, and less heat through all that glass means less battery spent on air conditioning.
That end-of-day westbound glare is a real reason Irvine drivers come in. Ceramic film takes the edge off it without turning the glass mirror-dark, and even the legal 70% on the front doors cuts glare and heat while keeping your view exactly where the law wants it.
The garage is not where the damage happens. It is the office lot, the Spectrum, the weekend run down the coast, hours of sun while the car sits parked. Blocking 99% of UV is what keeps a garage-kept interior actually looking garage-kept.
